Recent improvements
If you’ve been using SyncWith connected to FacebookAds for at least a couple of months, you might have discovered that Facebook requires you to re-authorize SyncWith every 60-90s.
We’ve recently rolled out a new service that emails you to let you know when Facebook re-authorization is required, and will give you a simple link to click to get that done.
Most of the time we know when this is required, so we’ll email you 7 days before, then remind you 3 days before, and then again once its required. Sometimes we don’t find out from Facebook ahead of time, in which case we’ll email you when its required.
We’ve also made a few small changes that we hope will make this process easier for you:
When you re-authorize SyncWith with Facebook, we’ll automatically re-enable each of your scheduled reports. In the past you would have had to update them each manually.
We’ve made improvements to the messaging within our Google Sheets addon to make it clearer what has happened, and how to fix it, when re-authorization is required.
